This notice covers this website’s supplied pages and local drafting tool. Questions about privacy or requests concerning correspondence can be sent to [email protected]. It does not cover independent external websites, your email provider or files after you save them on your device.
Browsing and technical access
Your browser requests page files, styles, scripts and local images from the site’s hosting infrastructure. Providing those requests necessarily involves technical information such as an IP address and request details. A host or infrastructure provider may record access and security logs under its own service configuration. The static page code does not expose those logs, and this notice does not claim a specific host logging or retention period.
The supplied site code does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics, account registration or a newsletter database. Images, scripts and styles are referenced locally. Visiting a link to an external website is a separate interaction with that provider.
The local contact tool
Text entered into the drafting tool is processed in browser memory by the page script. It is not submitted to a server by the tool and is not saved by that script in cookies or local storage. Your browser may independently offer autofill, form restoration or other device-level features.
Copying a draft writes its text to your clipboard when your browser allows it. Other applications or device features may be able to access clipboard content under their own permissions. Downloading creates a plain-text file on your device. You control the downloaded file, including any backups or synchronization handled by your device provider. Editing the form invalidates the prepared draft; reloading or leaving the page does not create a site-managed saved draft.
Email you choose to send
If you send an email, the recipient receives your address, message, attachments and associated email metadata. Correspondence may be used to respond, investigate a correction, maintain necessary editorial records or address misuse. Only share information needed for your request. Do not send sensitive identification, payment or medical information.
Email services process correspondence as part of delivery and storage. Email is not guaranteed to be confidential in transit or at rest. Necessary records may be kept while a request is being handled and afterward where reasonably needed for legal, security or editorial purposes; no fixed retention period is promised here.
Purposes, lawful grounds and disclosure
Where applicable data protection law requires a lawful basis, responding to requested correspondence and maintaining a secure editorial service may rely on legitimate interests, subject to the relevant balancing requirements. Compliance with a binding legal obligation may require processing or disclosure. Consent is used where it is legally required for an optional purpose.
The supplied site has no function for selling personal information. Information may need to be processed by hosting or email service providers or disclosed where required by law.
